Today we made a delicious three layer mocha cake filled with vanilla buttercream frosting. It was for a young man named Nick turning 25 years old so I thought brown color would be appropriate. To add more flavor, chocolate ganache is drizzled on top of the cake.Tuesday, September 22, 2009
